    Yogi Adityanath Government Raises Retirement Age of Group C And D Employees

    Uttar Pradesh Raises Retirement Age of Government Servants to 62 Years

     
     

    Lucknow, May 18: Uttar Pradesh government on Friday raised the retirement age of employees in group C and D in the state. A cabinet meeting, chaired by Chief Minister Yogi Aditynath, cleared proposal raising the retirement age from existing 60 years to 62 years.
     
    Employees in group C and D can also seek retirement at the age of 61 years, the Uttar Pradesh cabinet decided. The state government also decided that those employees who have crossed the 60 years of age and are facing serious complaints will be removed from the services.
