UP approves 15-km metro link to realty hub Greater Noida West

The Uttar Pradesh government has given its nod for construction of a 15-km Metro extend that is proposed to interface Noida's Sector 71 with Greater Noida's Knowledge Park V. In the NMRC executive meeting held in Lucknow on Wednesday, the Noida metro was additionally requested that speed up arrangements so that work on the venture can be begun soon. It has been given a March 2021 due date for the venture.

The state government trusts this venture is essential as it will profit a great many home buyers who have moved to the recently constructed loft buildings in Greater Noida West and adjacent Crossings Republik in Ghaziabad that has 36,000 lodging units, of which around 30,000 are possessed.

"We gave a presentation on the 15-km metro connection to the central secretary (who led the meeting) and he gave us the approval to finish customs before work can start on ground. "We are probably going to settle the financing design for this venture in the up and coming Noida executive meeting anticipated that would be held for the current month," said a NMRC official.

The 15-km connection will give metro availability to Noida and Greater Noida West separated from territories of situated on the outskirts of Greater Noida.

The lifted track of this connection, which will have nine stations, will be worked over the focal skirt (divider) of Vikas Marg that associates Noida with Greater Noida West and another street that goes through Greater Noida's private, instructive and mechanical regions.
