The two NOPVs - "Shachi" and "Shruti" - are among five boats being developed by RDEL under the P-21 venture of the Indian Navy, the organization said in an announcement.
The two NOPVs were launched by Preeti Luthra, spouse of Vice Admiral Girish Luthra, the Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief Western Naval Command at the RDEL Shipyard Pipavav, Gujarat.
