Few tips to increase immunity & to be safe from virus ...
1)- Eat fruits having vitamin C like orange, mousmi, pineapple etc
2)- Eat daily garlic & ginger - (ginger in tea, coffee, milk or in veg. Garlic in veg or chutney)
3)- Use seperate towels etc for all family members.
4)- Increase drinking more- water, coconut water, natural fruit juices etc
5)- Wash hands properly with soap or liquid soap
6)- If feel cough cold or fever, visit doctor.
7)- Try to eat healthy more than junk & packed food.
8)- Go in direct sunlight daily ...bcoz virus don't spread in heat & sunlight is necessary for human body.
9)- Instead of handshake or hug.... do greetings by saying hello or namatey.
Most important :- Don't feel panic ... Boosting immunity is best medicine & cure for virus.
