Yoga is a physical exercise in which you move your body into different positions to get more fit and flexible. A 13-year-old teenager from Mysore set a jaw-dropping world record with most difficult yoga asanas. She performed a yoga asana for 15 times in a minute out-shining in front of the whole world.
Khushi is the daughter of a RBI officer, Hemachandra, she performed Niraalamba Poorna Chakrasana at a community hall in Mysore's RBI Nagar. She started doing Yoga to resolve her breathing problems, but later, she realised she has quite a talent for it. Now she is grooming her yoga skills and has also represented India internationally.
She was self-determined towards her goal and finally succeeded with flying colours.
This talented girl belongs to Mysore (Karnataka) and has been doing yoga for less than three years and had received many National and International medals

In Khushi's childhood, she faced breathing problems and to resolve it her father took her to Yoga class. Under his guidance, she resolved her breathing problem and also developed interest towards Yoga. Now she is a Yoga practitioner and has represented India internationally.
Khushi said to the news reporter Vijaya Karnataka that she wanted to be a Yoga teacher and make more records as well as an IAS officer in future.

Khushi got herself registered in the Golden Book of World Records with her amazing performance of a yoga asana compiling backbends, back planks and crunches.

According to Daily Mail, her father said during her practice session that she is able to do the same asana 13 times, which she performed 15 times in the main event. During her performance, she did Niraalamba Poorna Chakrasana 13 times when the time was almost over, she stood up again and did it two times more setting up an amazing world record.

Khushi gave her incredible display at the community hall in her home town Mysore (Karnataka), in front of the Golden Book of World Records representative.

She impressed everyone and set a world record of performing one of the toughest yoga asanas, 15 times in a minute.
The last Sunday, she was handed over the certificate by Golden Book of Records representative, Santosh Agrawal, states Times of India.
It was her sheer determination that she accomplished her challenge to go for the world record.

In 2014, she won silver in Yoga international competition for below 17 years' category in China. In 2016, she won two golds (solo artistic and rhythmic pair), two silvers in four events in Vietnam.
