Doklam standoff Issue :China says India slapping its own face by building Ladakh road
China on Thursday said India was "slapping its own face" by proceeding with a street venture close to the Pangong lake on the India-China outskirt, in the midst of the on-going two-month-long remain off in Doklam.
Reports said the Ministry of Home Affairs had given the thumbs up for building a street around 20 km close Pangong lake along the Line of Actual Control, which was the site of a current fight amongst Indian and Chinese troops.

Hua included that the "western segment of the India-China limit has not been delimited".
"The two sides have consented to maintain outskirt zones' tranquility and peacefulness before debate are settled. The present street development by the Indian side is not helpful for peace and solidness around there."
Hua additionally said the task "won't help with settlement of the present circumstance".
