Panaji: Three of the 18 people captured from crosswise over Goa and Maharashtra regarding the Army exam paper leak were grabbed from a bar in North Goa's Anjuna town, police said on Sunday.
Few students were noting the wrongfully acquired question paper in the early hours on Sunday, police sources said.
The trio was captured by authorities of the Crime Branch of Thane police, alongwith work force connected to the Anjuna police headquarters.
"The papers were being replied by the understudies in Sandhya Bar in Anjuna police locale. The assaults were directed in the early morning," a police source said.
Addressing columnists late on Sunday, Director General of Police Muktesh Chander said the neighborhood police just gave calculated support to the Thane Crime Branch, which led the attacks.
"Three people were captured. The understudies were permitted to follow we gathered their subtle elements," Chander said.
The Thane Crime Branch has so far captured 18 individuals over the two states regarding the Army Recruitment Board exam paper spill for junior positions in the Indian Army.
More than 200 understudies have likewise been kept by the Maharashtra Police.
The strikes took after a tip-off to the Thane police that the paper, for which exam was expected to be hung on Sunday morning, had been spilled. The assaults were led in Nashik, Nagpur, Pune and Goa.
