Just like a startup needs an idea to be born, it needs money to grow big. Venture capital is financing that investors provide to startups and small businesses that are believed to have long-term growth potential. Under the guidance of Alok Mittal and other eminent members, Canaan Venture Partners helped many startups with adequate funding. In India, they have made a funding of $250 million to $300 million. Trifecta is one of the top Indian firms as far as venture debts are concerned. Usually, they fund around 5-30 crores in the initial stages however they provide other lucrative options as well. In just last 18 months, the company has invested about Rs 300 crore in 21 startups. The target corpus of the company is Rs 500 crore. Rahul Khanna, the Managing Director says, “We are very focused on identifying category leaders.”

 
 

9. Helion Ventures
