Charged pedophile Sunil Rastogi apparently took the girls to dingy rooms on housetops, requesting that they experiment with new garments before him and when they cannot, he undermined to toss them from the building and challenged person them forever, three ladies who were supposedly struck by him have told Delhi Police.
The girls, who were minors when they were ambushed in 2006, have said that they didn't approach the police in those days since they dreaded for their families and their own lives.
The other two minors who were supposedly ambushed by Rastogi on January 12 have advised the police that he attempted to bind them in a dull room and touched them improperly. They, be that as it may, fled and looked for assistance from a bystander. He even professedly attempted to stifler them and scared them by his chuckling.
"Rastogi dependably picked areas that were less frequented by individuals. He generally picked relinquished houses, old structures, under-development houses and that too in New Ashok Nagar. Rastogi, who lived in Delhi till 2004, police stated, was initially captured for professedly sexually mishandling a young lady in 2006 at Rudrapur in Uttarakhand, taking after which he got safeguard. Again in 2016, another case was accounted for from Rudrapur.

Rastogi, police said continued moving his base since 2006. On December 13, 2016, another minor from New Ashok Nagar in East Delhi approached to document a grievance. On January 12, two more minors moved toward the police with a comparative protestation of being ambushed by a man in red coat, who asserted to be their dad's companion.
"We got three comparable cases and when we drew an obvious conclusion we found that it was a similar man who attacked the three young ladies. The examination was then done and the man, who we had been searching for, was distinguished," a cop said.
