Turi Bhaji Recipe


Turi (Called Torai in North India) Bhaji is spicy side dish in a Sindhi everyday meal. Find out how to make Turi Bhaji.

Ingredients:

1.800 gms Turi (Peeled and chopped)
2.2 Onions (Chopped)
3.2 Tomatoes (Chopped)
4.2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
5.2 tsp Coriander Powder
6.1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
7.2-3 Green Chillies (Chopped)
8.Salt to taste
9.Oil

How to make turi bhaji:

1.Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add chopped onionsand green chillies.Fry till they turn golden brown.
2.Add chopped turi,turmeric powder and salt.Mix well andcook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
3.Now add chopped tomatoes and cook till they turn soft.
4.Pressure cook it till vegetable is cooked.
5.Mix well and serve hot.
