Shah Rukh Khan’s Ganeshutsav celebration picture receives hateful comments

Shah Rukh Khan took to his Instagram account on Sunday and posted a picture of his son AbRam Khan seeking blessings from the elephant God. In the caption, SRK revealed that AbRam calls the God as "Ganpati Pappa". He wrote, "Our Ganpati ‘Pappa’ is home, as the lil one calls him.
But the cute post’s comments section turned hateful with several questioning SRK’s religion. Several users came out to criticise the superstar and many asked Khan if it was right for him to worship an idol.
"This is wrong, you’re a Muslim, why celebrate Ganpati Day?" wrote one user. While another wrote, “Sir me aapka bot bada fan hoon but usse pehle me Muslim hoon sir aap har interview me kehte ho I m proud to be good Muslim holly Quran me kaha gaya hai that respect every religion but Allah Ke saath kisi ko comprare mat karo ye sabse bada gunah hai..”
