New Delhi: An abnormal state advisory group headed by back secretary Ashok Lavasa will present its last provide details regarding installment of stipends to 47 lakh focal government representatives, to Finance Minister Arun Jaitley this week.
The Committee, which was made a request to look at the seventh Pay Commission proposal for abrogation of 53 stipends out of a sum of 196 and subsuming another 36 into bigger existing ones, held a definitive meeting on April 6, according to sources comfortable with the matter.
The committee, at its past meeting on March 28, had looked for remarks from the services of barrier, railroads and posts on treatment of 14 stipends. These recompenses incorporate incidental remittance, outstation detainment stipend, trip recompense, and ghat stipend.
The Lavasa Committee was constituted in June a year ago after the legislature actualized the proposal of the seventh Pay Commission. The Pay Commission had prescribed annulment of or subsuming of recompenses like acting, helping clerk, cycle, topping, flying squad, haircutting, rajbhasha, rajdhani, robe, shoe, shorthand, cleanser, exhibition, uniform, cautiousness and washing.
Out of a sum of 196 recompenses, it had prescribed annulment of 53 and subsuming of another 36 into bigger existing ones.
