Raagdesh script is as powerful as Rang De Basanti: Kunal Kapoor

Actor Kunal Kapoor has begun filming his imminent period film Raga Desh, a task which he says is so effective it reminded him of his blockbuster Rang De Basanti.
Directed by using Tigmanshu Dhulia, the film is based totally on the red citadel trials of 1945.
“Tigmanshu is a tremendous director. I think it's far one of the most powerful scripts I’ve read after Rang De Basanti. it is the fastest I’ve said yes to a film. I study the script and called in 5 seconds, hoping he doesn’t change his mind,” Kunal advised journalists right here a final night.
The actor said it's been a tremendous year for him thus far, gambling characters in extraordinary technology, making him sense he is “time touring”.
“I've been time touring this year. I commenced of as a sixteenth-century warrior (in Veeram), then I used to be a 40s soldier in Raga Desh and a millennial in pricey Zindagi. it's been pretty a travel,” he said.
The 39-year-old actor walked the ramp on the Van Heusen GQ style Nights, looking dapper in a blazer.
Kunal stated he always loved walking the ramp and with regards to fashion, his icon is Sanjay Dutt.
