Amitabh Bachchan watched Avengers: Infinity War and didn’t understand a word. Here’s his complaint
Amitabh Bachchan does not believe in having a fourth wall between him and his social media followers. He writes what he feels, what he believes in. So, when the actor finally decided to watch the Hollywood superhero extravaganza, Avengers: Infinity War, he shared his reaction without any filters. Taking to Twitter, Amitabh wrote, “Achha bhai sahib, bura na manana, ek picture dekhne gaye, ‘Avengers’… kuch samajh mein nahi aaya ke picture mein kya ho raha hai !!!!!!! (Sir, don’t feel bad, went to watch a film, Avengers, but didn’t understand what is happening in the movie).” For good measure, he added a load of emojis with the tweet.
Soon, the Avengers fans took it upon themselves to ‘educate’ the actor about Avengers. While some suggested that he watches all the films in Marvel Cinematic Universe to understand Infinity War, others said that his granddaughter Aaradhya would have a better understanding of the film given the phenomenon Avengers is among children today.
Avengers: Infinity War is the 19th film in the MCU that started a decade ago with Robert Downey Jr-starrer Iron Man. In Avengers: Infinity War, over a dozen superheroes come together to save the universe from their might opponent, Thanos. The film is expected to earn $1.5 billion across the world in 18 days of release and has earned over Rs 200 crore in India itself.
