Bollywood stars have always given us the inspiration to be fit. Their constant gym sessions, diet plans and lifestyle changes are a reminder that health is important and it should take priority over everything else. The actress became fitness conscious about 5 years ago and opted for vegetarianism. She was quoted saying last year, "I stopped eating meat four years ago. What has happened now is that I have stopped consuming milk and milk products."
 
 
Aamir Khan 
 
Kiran Rao who is a vegan, in fact, had inspired her husband Aamir who showed him a presentation on animal eating could result in 15 common diseases. 
 
 
Shahid Kapoor
 
Shahid Kapoor was recently known as a desi Thor after photos went viral of him picking up weights.
